About this role

We are looking for support technicians with knowledge and conversational English.


Estas sería las actividades:

·        Revisión de errores en laptops de hardware y software.

·        Documentación y escalación de tickets. Identificación y acompañamiento a errores o fallos de red.

·        Acompañamiento a terceros.

·        Instalación y configuración de equipos laptops e impresoras.

·        Manejo de inventario en Plataforma Servicenow.

·        Documentación & escalación de tickets y requerimientos a través de ServiceNow.

·        Formateo de equipo y asignación de nuevos equipos a usuarios nuevos.

·        Offboarding y recibimiento de equipo de egresos de la compañía.

·        Reporte de fallos al manager de IT con su respective documentación cuando es requerido.

·        Solicitud de hardware cuando es requerido en los diferentes puestos de trabajo. Manejo de bodega IT.

 

Requisitos:

Ubicación: Parque Empresarial La Estancia Carrera 123

Horario: Lunes to Viernes de 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Nivel de Inglés: Conversacional, avanzado, excluyente

Nota: Solo se recibirán perfiles con Nivel de inglés Conversacional B2

Experiencia: 2 a 3 años en estas labores
