Misión del Puesto

Planear las acciones de mantenimiento preventivo/predictivo y supervisar al Mando Medio en cómo se realizan las reparaciones correctivas que sean asignadas para su atención de la forma más rápida y ágil; evitando molestias al huésped y/o colaboradores en su centro de trabajo; tanto en la habitación como en las áreas públicas; así mismo definirá la adquisición de los materiales necesarios e insumos para llevar a cabo el plan y elaborará las órdenes que correspondan. Asegurar el buen funcionamiento del inmueble; los equipos y las instalaciones; optimizando los recursos; además de administrar correctamente el uso de energéticos.
