Job Objective
Execute the commercial strategy focused on securing strategic alliances and competitive advantages.
Key Responsibilities
- SKU Management: Register new SKUs in the system and supervise stock levels.
- Vendor Management: Handle requests, movements, inventory, administrative tasks, payments, reviews, quality audits, contracts, etc.
- Order Management: Generate the Master Order list including delivery dates (for both samples and final orders).
- Financial Coordination: Review letters of credit with the accounting department.
- Quality Control: Review and approve Fit Samples and Shipment Samples from vendors, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Reporting: Review Buyer Consol reports.
- Import Documentation: Review and complete import ID Cards.
- Logistics & Bookings: Request CBMs (Cubic Meters) from vendors, input data into the Bookings system, and review related reports.
- Freight & Monitoring: Review freight reports and CDRs; provide follow-up on shipments.
- Timeline Compliance: Manage the Master Order list (samples and documents), communicate it via email to vendors, and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
- Brand Integrity: Follow up with vendors to ensure they contact authorized suppliers for exclusive brands price tags.
Requirements
- Knowledge on: Qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Procurement and supply closures focused on Home Decor.
- Nice to have E-commerce sectors, participating in projects involving operations, logistics, digital channels, and online sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, E-commerce, Business Development, Commercial Relations, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Must-haves: Proven intermediate-advanced English (interviews will be conducted in English), valid VISA, and Passport.
