Tareas
- Coordinar y planificar rutas de transporte para optimizar la eficiencia y reducir costos.
- Supervisar y gestionar el desempeño del personal de transporte, asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos.
- Mantener comunicación constante con conductores y clientes para asegurar la entrega oportuna de servicios.
- Gestionar incidencias durante el transporte, proporcionando soluciones rápidas y efectivas.
Requisitos
- Experiencia previa en gestión de tráfico o logística, preferiblemente en el sector de la construcción.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Dominio de herramientas informáticas y software de gestión de tráfico.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y resolver problemas de manera eficiente.
- Flexibilidad horaria y disponibilidad para adaptarse a cambios imprevistos en los horarios de trabajo.
