GrowthAssistant is seeking a high-level Customer Support Specialist to support our client in the couples' intimacy and wellness space. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring couples feel supported, guided, and valued throughout their journey. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, offering empathetic, thoughtful, and personalized assistance through email and chat.   • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email and messaging platforms with high accuracy and empathy.
  • Handle high-volume, repeatable customer service “micro-cases,” including:
      - Membership management and updates
      - Order status and shipment tracking
      - Billing adjustments and experience modifications
  • Maintain the client's established tone of voice across all customer communications.
  • Reference internal documentation (concierge handbook, FAQs, prior cases) to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Escalate unclear, sensitive, or unfamiliar cases to the broader Concierge team on time.
  • Log interactions, outcomes, and relevant notes accurately for internal visibility.
  • Provide consistent start-of-day and end-of-day updates as required.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates in a fast-moving, evolving environment where cases are often novel.

  • Exceptional written English proficiency with a warm, polished, and emotionally intelligent tone.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to make customers feel heard and at ease.
  • Prior experience in customer service, concierge support, executive assistance, or similar client-facing roles.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow established processes precisely.
  • Comfort handling repetitive, high-volume customer inquiries without loss of quality.
  • Ability to ask clarifying questions early rather than making assumptions.
  • Emotional maturity and professionalism when exposed to personal or sensitive customer messages.
  • Reliability, responsiveness, and strong follow-through.
  • Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including some weekends.
  • Comfort working remotely and independently while staying highly communicative with the team.
  • Background in travel concierge, executive PA, or hospitality roles.
  • Experience supporting customers in wellness, healthcare-adjacent, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Prior exposure to tools such as CRMs, help desks, or order management systems.
  • Experience supporting customers across multiple time zones.
  • Comfort assisting during higher-volume periods or special campaigns.
