Our goal is to provide solutions for our customers that help them achieve critical business outcomes, while enabling our GAPSters and our communities to attain long-term success.</p><p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions that support core business areas including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and internal Engineering teams.</p><p>In this role, you will serve as a technical authority, shaping solution standards, addressing complex technical challenges, and guiding architectural decisions across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, influence platform strategy, and mentor engineers to ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned with long-term business goals.</p><p>This position is ideal for a technically strong leader who balances hands-on expertise with strategic thinking and enjoys elevating both systems and people.</p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><p>•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.</p><p><strong>Professional Experience</strong></p><p>•8+ years of experience building and supporting software applications.</p><p>•5+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM in complex environments.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>•Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions, determining when configuration, automation, or custom development is required.</p><p>•Define, document, and enforce solution design standards, technical specifications, and implementation guidelines.</p><p>•Evaluate new Salesforce features, releases, and platform capabilities, recommending adoption when they add business value.</p><p>•Ensure Salesforce implementations meet scalability, performance, reliability, and security standards.</p><p>•Partner with non-Salesforce engineering teams to design and implement integrated, end-to-end solutions.</p><p>•Provide technical guidance through code reviews, architectural discussions, and design sessions.</p><p>•Mentor and coach engineers, fostering technical growth and consistent best practices across the team.</p><p><strong>Required Technical Skills</strong></p><p>•Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, including advanced customization and integration patterns.</p><p>•Strong experience designing scalable, maintainable Salesforce architectures.</p><p>•Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development technologies, including:</p><p>•Apex, SOQL</p><p>•Lightning Web Components (LWC)</p><p>•Visualforce and Aura</p><p>•Proven experience using Salesforce Flows to automate and streamline complex business processes.</p><p>•Hands-on experience across multiple Salesforce clouds, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and others aligned to business needs.</p><p>•Strong experience with integrations and enterprise system connectivity.</p><p>•Familiarity with relational databases and data modeling concepts (e.g., SQL).</p><p>•Experience designing and consuming APIs (Streaming APIs, REST, gRPC, GraphQL).</p><p>•Solid understanding of version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).</p><p>•Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).</p><p>•Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools (Salesforce DevOps Center, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).</p><p>•Understanding of platform security best practices (OWASP, OAuth).</p><p>•Experience optimizing performance through caching strategies and efficient code design.</p><p>•Strong focus on code quality, testing, and maintainability (unit testing and QA practices).</p><p><strong>Communication &amp; Leadership Skills</strong></p><p>•Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).</p><p>•Strong communicator, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p><p>•Comfortable coaching and mentoring engineers at different stages of growth.</p><p>•Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without authority.</p><p>•Highly organized, with excellent time and priority management.</p><p>•Learner’s mindset with openness to feedback, experimentation, and continuous improvement.</p><p>•High emotional intelligence and self-awareness, contributing to healthy team dynamics.</p><p></p><p><em>At Growth Acceleration Partners, we're an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
