In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including data, product, and engineering—to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and support successful project execution.</p><p>As a Business Analyst, you bring strong analytical and organizational skills, a solid understanding of business workflows, and experience driving continuous improvement across systems and processes. You will contribute to the full delivery lifecycle—from discovery and documentation to validation and post-release support—ensuring that business objectives and user value remain at the core of every initiative.</p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in&nbsp;Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Professional Experience</strong></p><ul><li><p>5+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or project management within software or data-driven environments.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Soft Skills</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work across technical and business teams.</p></li><li><p>Naturally curious, detail-oriented, and highly organized.</p></li><li><p>Proactive, analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.</p></li><li><p>Capable of managing priorities, driving outcomes, and facilitating productive discussions.</p></li><li><p>Adaptable and committed to delivering value through continuous improvement.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Required Technical &amp; Professional Skills</strong></p><ul><li><p>Skilled in writing business, functional, and technical requirements documents.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of workflows, user needs, and process optimization.</p></li><li><p>Experience in defining and maintaining project backlogs with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.</p></li><li><p>Ability to conduct acceptance testing and assist with release validation to ensure business alignment.</p></li><li><p>Experienced in creating roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables to track progress and execution.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), including participation in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, grooming, and sprint reviews.</p></li><li><p>Strong collaboration skills to work with data teams and integrate reporting, analytics, and system requirements into planning.</p></li><li><p>Proficient with project tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Monday.com) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).</p></li><li><p>Excellent command of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of software development lifecycles, system integrations, and QA/UAT processes.</p></li><li><p>Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and managing change management activities for new product or process rollouts.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>Background in management or process consulting, ideally within financial services or IT environments.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with data platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes).</p></li><li><p>Experience with process reengineering and automation initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.</p></li><li><p>Ability to balance trade-offs, prioritize value delivery, and maintain clear communication across diverse teams.</p></li></ul><p><em>At Growth Acceleration Partners, we're an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
