<strong>Dunkin Donuts is seeking winning personalities to work at our restaurant located inside TF Green Airport!<br><br></strong>As a barista, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling transactions. You will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. <br><br>

<strong>Duties & Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>

<li>Process sales transactions</li>
<li>Calculate the cost of products or services</li>
<li>Accept payments</li>
<li>Calculate and return change when required by the payment method</li>
<li>Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request any additional change needed</li>
<li>Answer guest questions about products or services</li>
<li>Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts</li>
<li>Report issues with equipment</li>
<li>Work as a team to meet store sales goals</li>
<li>Handle guest complains</li>
<li>Process layaways, returns, and exchanges</li>
<li>Maintain clean and tidy checkout area</li>
<li>Assist in stocking and rotating merchandise</li>
<li>Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently</li>
<li>Stay up to date on merchandise promotions, advertisements, and product information</li>
