<h1>⭐ <strong>About the Role</strong></h1>
<p>The <strong>Salesforce Administrator & RevOps Generalist</strong> is a hybrid role combining:</p>
<p><strong>(1) Junior Salesforce Administration</strong></p>
<p>Supporting the Senior Salesforce Admin (Brandi) and Sales Efficiency by:</p>
<p>Maintaining Salesforce data quality</p>
<p>Fixing stuck leads, broken workflows, and incorrect configurations</p>
<p>Supporting routing logic and lead management</p>
<p>Building/adjusting small flows, validation rules, and process updates</p>
<p>Managing user access, profiles, and permissions</p>
<p>Supporting layout improvements and UX cleanup</p>
<p><strong>(2) RevOps Operational Backbone</strong></p>
<p>Ensuring day-to-day accuracy and reliability across revenue systems:</p>
<p>Lead hygiene, merges, duplicates, and attribution cleanup</p>
<p>Subscription/billing alignment for renewals and upsells</p>
<p>CRM <> Sales Engagement <> Telephony sync troubleshooting</p>
<p>Supporting onboarding workflows for new reps</p>
<p>Ensuring ROE (Rules of Engagement) are followed in data and systems</p>
<p>Building reports/dashboards for sales and CS teams</p>
<p>Supporting Sales Efficiency initiatives around productivity and process improvement</p>
<p>This role keeps the revenue engine moving smoothly and ensures reps and managers can trust their tools and data.</p>

<h2><strong>Salesforce Administration (Technical Responsibilities)</strong></h2>
<p>Perform day-to-day Salesforce configuration (fields, page layouts, record types)</p>
<p>Maintain and update small Flows and automation components</p>
<p>Troubleshoot user issues related to leads, accounts, opportunities, permissions</p>
<p>Fix stuck or misrouted leads</p>
<p>Support routing and assignment logic improvements</p>
<p>Partner with the Senior Salesforce Admin on larger automation projects</p>
<p>Assist in cleanup of metadata, permission sets, and technical debt</p>
<p>Support governance and documentation of Salesforce changes</p>
<h2><strong>RevOps Generalist Responsibilities (Operational Support)</strong></h2>
<p>Identify and fix CRM inaccuracies (duplicates, missing data, misaligned owners)</p>
<p>Ensure proper setup of renewals, upsells, and new deal configurations</p>
<p>Support subscription/billing sync accuracy</p>
<p>Manage telephony and Sales Engagement sync issues</p>
<p>Maintain lead quality and attribution hygiene</p>
<p>Assist with onboarding new reps into Salesforce & GTM tools</p>
<p>Support reporting and dashboard creation</p>
<p>Ensure data aligns with Rules of Engagement (ownership, routing, activity logging)</p>

<p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p>
<p>1–3 years of Salesforce Admin experience (or equivalent hands-on exposure)</p>
<p>Familiarity with Salesforce Flows (ability to build basic flows or willingness to learn quickly)</p>
<p>Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving mindset</p>
<p>Comfortable fixing data, leads, owners, duplicates, and workflow errors</p>
<p>Experience working with GTM or customer-facing teams</p>
<p>Strong attention to detail and data accuracy</p>
<p>Basic reporting & dashboard experience</p>
<p>Ability to communicate clearly with sales reps and managers</p>
<p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p>
<p>Salesforce Administrator certification (or in progress)</p>
<p>Experience with Sales Engagement tools (Salesloft/Outreach)</p>
