You won’t just prepare reports - you’ll work close to the numbers and the people using them.</p> <p>If you’re early in your finance career and want to grow beyond routine reporting, this role is a strong starting point.<br><br></p> <h2><strong>💻 What you’ll do</strong></h2> <p>You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager for Tech FP&amp;A and support Engineering and Product teams.</p> <p>Your focus will be on:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Monthly variance analysis</strong> - SG&amp;A reporting, cost drivers (people, software, cloud), and explaining what changed and why<br><br></li> <li><strong>Cloud cost &amp; FinOps support</strong> - tracking spend, spotting trends and anomalies, supporting optimization with Engineering<br><br></li> <li><strong>Forecasting &amp; planning</strong> - quarterly forecasts, annual planning, and headcount planning with HR<br><br></li> <li><strong>KPIs &amp; ad-hoc analysis</strong> - supporting performance tracking and real business questions<br><br></li> <li><strong>Process improvements</strong> - helping make reporting and data work better over time<br><br></li> </ul> <h2><strong>🌱 What “junior” means here</strong></h2> <p>This is a junior role, but not a passive one.</p> <p>You’ll start with clear tasks and support, but you’re expected to:</p> <ul> <li>think critically about numbers<br><br></li> <li>ask questions and learn fast<br><br></li> <li>gradually take ownership of your work<br><br></li> </ul> <p>You don’t need FinOps or cloud expertise on day one.
