We’re looking for a hands-on UX Designer with strong e-commerce experience and a sharp eye for brand identity.
You’ll be responsible not only for improving user journeys and conversion, but also for enforcing and elevating our brand across digital touchpoints. You’ll work with a Figma design system, run UX tests and A/B experiments, and ensure our UX patterns, flows and visuals are consistent with the brand’s look, feel and tone.
This role is a mix of UX/UI design, design system stewardship, brand guardianship, experimentation and to help bridge the gap between brand design, UX and code.
Maintain and evolve our Figma design system (components, variants, styles, tokens) whilst adhering to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Ensure design system hygiene: consistent naming, documentation, version control, and deprecation of legacy components.
Translate design system updates into clear guidance for developers
Regularly review live implementations and raise brand/UX deviations, proposing concrete fixes.
Design high-fidelity flows and screens for e-commerce journeys (homepage, navigation, PLP, PDP, cart, checkout, account, etc.).
Create interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder reviews.
Apply UX best practices around usability, accessibility, mobile-first design, and conversion whilst maintaining brand identity.
Write test scripts and tasks that evaluate both usability and brand perception.
Analyse qualitative and quantitative feedback to surface insights and prioritised UX issues.
Prepare clear summaries with before/after examples and recommended improvements.
Collaborate with teams to define hypotheses for UX and conversion improvements.
Translate hypotheses into testable design variants (e.g. navigation concepts, PLP layouts, PDP structures, content changes).
Produce specs for A/B tests (what changes, expected impact, success metrics).
Review A/B test results and iterate designs based on learnings.
Design with conversion, LTV and user trust in mind: clarity of value prop, reassurance, delivery/returns, reviews, and comparison help.
Optimise key e-commerce UX patterns:
Navigation & IA (mega menus, category structures, filters).
Search UX (autocomplete, zero-results handling, relevancy cues).
PLP & discovery (faceting, cards, quick-add, badges).
PDPs (structure, content hierarchy, media, variants, specs, reassurance).
3-5 years’ experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, ideally with e-commerce and brand-driven work in your portfolio
Expert in Figma, including:
Components, variants, auto-layout
Styles and design tokens
Shared libraries and design systems
Proven experience working with or translating brand guidelines into digital products
Track record of running UX tests end-to-end and turning findings into actionable design changes
Experience designing with data and experiments (A/B tests, funnels, KPIs)
Strong understanding of UX best practices (usability heuristics, accessibility, mobile patterns) and e-commerce patterns (navigation, search, PLP, PDP, cart, checkout)
Confident communicating design rationale to non-design stakeholders (marketing, product, tech)
Excellent communication in English; able to write clear documentation and present work logically
Experience with analytics and UX tools (GA360, Contentsquare, etc.)
Familiarity with design tokens mapped to modern front-ends (e.g. Tailwind / component libraries)
Multi-market / multi-language e-commerce experience
Experience with A/B testing platforms (A/B Tasty, VWO, etc.)
German and/or French language skills
If you’re a UX designer who cares as much about brand expression as conversion and usability, and you enjoy keeping a Figma design system clean, coherent and on-brand, we’d love to work with you.
