Role Mission

 

Provide documentary support to the Production area, managing manufacturing guides and technical documentation, and contributing to the improvement of productivity, quality, safety and costs of the processes, always ensuring compliance with current regulations.

 

What your responsibilities will be

 

  •  Manage and maintain up-to-date documentation such as manufacturing batch records, technical and production documentation, ensuring traceability and proper document control.
  • Analyze and document quality incidents, develop corrective action proposals, and implement those actions.
  • Participate in the factory's continuous improvement program, attending daily meetings to monitor the relevant processes assigned by the manager.
  • Performing tasks associated with factory projects (Electronic Batch Record, real Time Notification) according to established deadlines and costs.
  • Knowledge and application of work standards (GMP, PNT, INS, BPL, etc.) according to defined procedures.
  • Compliance with and monitoring of established quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Biotechnology or Biology. Master's degree in Continuous Improvement – Six Sigma (desirable).
  • English level B2.
  • You have 2 years of experience in similar roles leading continuous improvement projects for productive areas.
  • You are a dynamic, proactive person who can carry out projects independently with a sense of responsibility. You are organized and methodical, and you enjoy working in a team.
