Join our Singapore office team as an HR Trainee. 

 

What your responsibilities will be

 

You will have the opportunity to:

 

  • Assist the HR Manager APAC in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration.
  • Aid in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs across the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of employee queries and issues.
  • Engage with the HR headquarters team to contribute to regional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes, systems, and practices.
  • Coordinate with HR colleagues from different regions to gather insights, share best practices, and ensure consistency in HR operations across the organization.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of employee documentation related to schedule requests, location requests, contract types, and Individual Training Permits.
  • Support in the management of documentation for training announcements and facilitate the process to ensure employees receive bonuses accordingly.
  • Participate in various meetings such as business needs discussions, employee committee meetings, and exit interviews, contributing insights and helping to document key discussions and action items.
  • Contribute to departmental projects and initiatives by conducting research, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to improve HR processes and practices.

  • You are holding a Bachelor's or Masters Degree related to HR, Psychology, Labour Relations or similar fields. 
  • You are available for a 6-months internship. 
  • You speak fluent English.
  • You are initiative-driven, dynamic and with a strong desire to learn.
