About this role

Job Description: Clinical Contracts Manager

We want to solve immune dysfunction.

Many cancers and other diseases are caused, or resist treatment, because T cells can't recognize or target cells correctly. We're progressing first-in-class antigen modulators through the clinic, developed to treat disease by controlling T cell activation. Our technology modulates antigen presentation, flicking a switch inside cells to alter their appearance to the immune system.

This approach marks a fundamental shift in how we treat people living with autoimmune disorders, cancers and infectious diseases.

Role Overview:

The Clinical Contracts Manager will support the Greywolf Clinical Operations team by managing the investigator grant process from end to end. You will manage the investigator grant budget development, forecasting and negotiation on behalf of Greywolf. In addition, you will develop and oversee the in-house and outsourced site payment process, including managing site purchase orders.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Adjust the global template according to country specific financial and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain budget accuracy according to protocol amendments or updated study operation plans.
  • When necessary, escalate budget or payment term issues to senior level management for approval.
  • Review, approval and tracking of patient expenses and reimbursement claims

  • Issue pro forma requests to Greywolf Accounts Payable and sites, where required by contract, to initiate payment for clinical trial visits.
  • Validate site invoices against contracts and completed activities. Liaise with sites, Greywolf project managers, and Greywolf Accounts Payable for all invoicing questions.
  • Partner with Greywolf Finance team to calculate and assess site accruals on an ongoing basis.

Purchase Orders

  • Collect all financial documentation from qualified clinical suppliers for setup in Oracle NetSuite in accordance with Procurement and Compliance team requirements.
  • Set up site purchase orders according to trial budget forecasting and adjust POs based on updated enrolment expectations.
  • Provide reporting as necessary and maintain general purchase order hygiene throughout the study.
