Job DetailsJob Location: Hopewell Junction, NY 12533Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $90,000.00 Salary/yearSenior Financial Analyst Location: Hopewell Junction, NY Status: Full-Time Greystone Programs is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to support the Chief Financial Officer in managing the organization’s financial operations. This role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and regulatory reporting, including OPWDD cost reports. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, nonprofit financial experience, and the ability to collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong internal controls and financial systems Analyze financial statements and report on trends, variances, and performance metrics Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports using NetSuite Lead the annual budgeting process and create rolling forecasts Meet quarterly with department leaders to monitor budgets and recommend adjustments Prepare and submit annual and quarterly cost reports (CBR and CFR) to OPWDD Coordinate with external auditors before, during, and after annual audits Support accurate billing and maintain knowledge of AP, AR, and payroll functions Perform account analyses, reconciliations, and financial reviews Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation Collaborate with executive leadership on financial implications of strategic initiatives Work schedule Monday - Friday  Benefits include:                      Medical, Dental and Vision plans          Free life insurance             Free long term disability insurance after 5 years             Supplemental coverage for unexpected medical situations                     Flexible Spending Accounts             401(k) Retirement Plan with company match  Tuition Assistance Headspace EAP Program                    Paid time off – Holidays, Sick and Personal days and Vacation time             Free Financial Planning Assistance             Employee Referral Bonuses Employee recognition programs and service awards             NYS Drivers Safety Course – offered free to employees             Discounts on personal auto and homeowner’s insurance             Weekly payroll with direct deposit or pay card                 Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of financial accounting experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting. Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control practices. Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite. Knowledge of OPWDD funding methodology strongly preferred. Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage complex financial data with accuracy and sound judgment.
