POSITION OVERVIEW
As an Associate Director, Social & Content, you'll have the opportunity to develop and execute innovative social media campaigns and create engaging content that captivates audiences across various platforms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brainstorm and develop innovative social media strategies that align with our clients' brand identities and marketing objectives
- Create and maintain social media content calendars for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube
- Develop and manage paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, and budget allocation
- Analyze social media campaign performance and generate actionable insights that inform future strategies and optimizations
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to keep our clients ahead of the curve
- Lead and inspire a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them achieve their goals
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 5+ years of experience in social media, marketing or content creation preferably at an advertising agency or in-house marketing team
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns that capture the audience's attention
- In-depth understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand stories that connect with the audience
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease
- Experience leading and mentoring a team, fostering a positive team culture, and encouraging creative thinking
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate social media strategies and results to clients and internal stakeholders in an engaging and memorable way
