Driver (CDL Class B Required) – Marquette Senior Living Community
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Pay Range: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time position (40 hours/weekly)

What You’ll Do:
Marquette is seeking a hospitality-focused CDL Driver to join our team! In this role, you will ensure the safe and timely transportation of our residents to various destinations, including grocery stores, scheduled outings, and extended trips.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Operate a shuttle bus or company vehicle according to scheduled resident trips.
- Perform safety checks on the vehicle before each transport.
- Assist residents during boarding and exiting, and help manage mobility equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, and canes.
- Load groceries or personal items for residents when needed.
- Schedule and coordinate regular vehicle maintenance.
- Clean and maintain the vehicle interior and exterior as necessary.
- Support the Life Enrichment Director and Coordinator with resident activities and transportation logistics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Indiana CDL with a clean driving record and be able to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
- Ability to read and follow GPS or map directions accurately.
- Must demonstrate a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude at all times.
- Experience working with seniors is a plus.
