What You’ll Be Doing
Understand the functions and operations of the Etix System
- Sell all types of ticket orders and GHG gift cards in person at the ticket office
- Process group and other orders for all events held at the Event Center
- Check IDs and fulfill will call orders and incentive pick ups
- Maintain good customer relations and service
- Maintain accuracy in financial transactions
- Provide information to patrons regarding events, ticket policies, and arena facts
- Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone
- Assist in enforcement of building policies and procedures for patrons
- Assist in sorting, logging, and returning lost-and-found items
- Attend staff training
What You Need for this Position
- Excellent skills in customer relations, communications and problem solving
- Cash handling experience
- Sales and customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to work morning and afternoon shifts including some weekdays
- Able to sit or stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
- Able to stoop and bend
- Occasionally able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Able to comply with safety standards

What you'll do
