The Prep Cook plays a foundational role in supporting the culinary team across all KCC dining venues, including fine dining, casual, and banquet operations. This position ensures that ingredients, mise en place, and prep items are consistently ready for service while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety. Through precise preparation and teamwork, the Prep Cook helps deliver on the KCC Food & Beverage Vision—creating memorable dining experiences through excellence, consistency, and genuine hospitality.
