Greet all guests by making them feel welcome and comfortable
Anticipate guest’s wants, needs, and desires
Productive and proactive in providing personalized guest experiences
Prioritize and use time management skills
Take initiative to resolve concerns and understand guest needs
Provide guest experiences that build positive relationships
Provide thorough and knowledgeable explanations of the Kalamazoo Athletic Club in order to maximize each sale and optimize customers satisfaction
Continuously promote yourself and the Kalamazoo Athletic Club to ensure growth professionally
Give tours to potential members and fitness orientations to new members and guest
Communicate amenities and promote the Kalamazoo Athletic Club
Continuation of knowledge within the health and fitness industry
Excellent customer service skills and strong multitasking skills
Ability to use software programs and navigate the computer system
Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
Able to stoop and bend
Able to lift up to 40 pounds from time to time
Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
Able to comply with safety and health code standards
Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks
