Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) – Assisted Living/ MC 
Location: Marquette Senior Living 

Salary Range: $19.00- $25.53 an hour.

What You’ll Do:

As a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) in Assisted Living, you'll support our licensed nursing staff by providing compassionate, resident-centered care and assisting with medication administration. You’ll play a key role in creating a comfortable and supportive environment for those we serve.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Administer prescribed medications to residents safely and accurately.
  • Document all medication administration and report any errors or concerns to nursing staff.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of care and medication administration.
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care and safe transporting.
  • Assists with obtaining and providing meals, setting up meals, providing hydration, etc.
  • Answering Resident call lights Promptly and according to facility policy.
  • All other duties as assigned by Charge Nurse.

Qualifications: 

  • Completion of a state-approved QMA Training Program
  • Successful completion of the State Board QMA Exam
  • Current registration as a QMA on the Indiana State CNA Registry
  • Practical knowledge of CNA and QMA duties and the ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living
