Job DetailsJob Location: Mortgage - Oklahoma City - Oklahoma City, OK 73142Summary: Processes residential mortgage loans (FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA) under various programs in a quality consistent with all company policies and procedures, as well as meeting all regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following, other duties may be assigned.
Reviews residential loan application file to verify that application data is complete and meets establishment standards, including type and amount of mortgage, borrower assets, liabilities and length of employment.
Gather information and take each file from pre-approval to closing.
Input proper loan information into the system for processing.
Responsible for ensuring all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified and complies with company policy.
Review file documentation and make sure all items needed are requested from borrowers or third parties.
Order and coordinate loan documents including verifications, appraisals, title work, flood certs, surveys, etc.
Obtains and reviews necessary loan documentation and submits complete packages to Underwriting for approval.
Obtains and verifies all Underwriting conditions are received and cleared by the Underwriter and prepares the file for submission to the Closing Dept.
Monitors and ensures closing dates and company deadlines are met.
Records data on status of loans (approved, canceled or denied).
Reviews files to ensure compliance with rules and regulations of government agencies.
Communicates with loan officers, buyers, sellers, title companies, builders and agents.
Maintains a pipeline of loans and is responsible for the timely and compliant flow of such loans through the process.
Keep management informed of area activities and significant problems.
Perform miscellaneous clerical and secretarial functions as needed.
Ensure work area is clean, secure and well maintained.
Perform any additional duties/activities assigned by management.
All employees are required to attend training as required by GPNB as well as support the overall compliance program by complying with all laws, policies and procedures.
The employee is responsible for complying with the Bank’s BSA/AML and OFAC Compliance and Consumer Compliance policies and procedures relevant to their responsibilities. If the employee is not certain of what the specific instance calls for, the employee will consult the respective policy and will contact their manager, BSA Officer and/or the Corporate Compliance Officer with additional questions.QualificationsCompetencies

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one or more years directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Outlook Internet software; Calyx Point Project Management software; MS Excel Spreadsheet software and MS Word Word Processing software.

Compensation Hourly wage, plus bonus and benefits in accordance with GPNB pay practices, subject to change.
