$2,000 Sign-on Bonus

We are looking for upbeat & friendly outside Canvasser for our rapidly growing marketing team!

• Hourly Rate Paid Weekly
• Tiered Bonus Structure Paid Weekly
• Sign-On Bonus up to $2,000
• Referral Bonus up to $1,600
• Up to 55,000 year with carreer advancement within 90 days

You will schedule appointments while canvassing the community as assigned. We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic and is comfortable dealing directly with clients.

Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

· Schedule free estimates for our design experts to demonstrate our products

· Have fun while working with supportive peers and staff

To succeed you must:

· Be money-motivated

· During training, learn about the company story, product and how to speak with homeowners

· Be upbeat and able to converse with people naturally and persuasively

· Take advantage of every opportunity that presents itself

· Have an attitude of learning and constant improvement

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

· Self-motivated and competitive spirit

· Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Reliable transportation

· Must be able to work weekends

· Ability to work well in a team environment and independently

· Ability to stand for up to 8 - 10 hours

· Ability to walk for 4 - 8 hours

· Willing to travel 10%
