Position Summary:
The Bus Operations Representative participates in marketing-related functions in regard to Bus Operations, rewards, promotions and guest service. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
2. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Greet arriving buses by use of the application Group Manager by Playersoft. Record arrivals on
tracking board, give bus bonus to arriving guests electronically and with bus coupons when necessary.
4. Manage departing buses by directing traffic, calling drivers that are late, placing magnetic
departure signs, offering assistance to guests regarding information on departing buses and
schedules.
5. Complete all necessary day-to-day paperwork involved with the bus program, i.e., tracking
boards, departure boards, check-outs, and training.
6. Complete opening and closing tasks as related to the bus operations such as supply checks,
equipment checks, and bus bonus coupon stamping.
7. Work side-by-side with Rewards Center and Guest Services offering guidance and support
with regards to bus operations.
8. Observe and report all bus-related issues to the Bus Operations Management.
9. Know and understand Graton Rewards card tiers and their benefits.
10. Effectively and accurately operates assigned equipment, including but not limited to IGT,
standard computer terminal, embossers, InfoGenesis, scanners and radios.

Non-Essential Functions:
1. Keep area clean of trash.
2. Wipe and sanitize workstation aka Bus cart.
3. Use radios to communicate with other departments.
4. Issue Graton Rewards Players Cards and work in IGT if necessary.
5. Turning on heaters for guests.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
2. Knowledge of a computer keyboard and mouse.
3. Able to accurately work and/or manage multiple projects under demanding circumstances.
4. Must be at least 21 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. One (1) year experience in guest service preferred.
2. Bilingual preferred.

Work Conditions:
Work is typically in an area which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain secondhand smoke. Work may be performed in small areas with 3-foot-wide access. Tasks performed from a sitting or non‐ sitting position. Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping. These tasks include the maintenance and care of the assigned area. Work may entail trained chemical usage. Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.
