Maintenance Planner/Scheduler

JOB SUMMARY Clarksville TN: Responsible for developing maintenance programs and plans for preventive and corrective maintenance. Manages the work order and maintenance tracking systems.

 Responsibility: work with the reliability Eng. To implement new assets into CMMS system (asset Essentials) Responsible for establishing survey and inspection programs. Maximizes the utilization of maintenance resources, responsible for spare parts strategy working with the tool room attendant and part suppliers. Ensures warranty issues are resolved. Participates in the preparation of the maintenance budget, providing cost estimates for the projects, monitors costs against budget. Supports turnaround activities; Provides information for daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements. Running the MOPS (maintenance Operation Planning session) Ongoing communication with operations management and Production scheduling to gain time on equipment.

· Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results would normally require moderate expenditure of resources to rectify.

· Works under moderate direction.

 · Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy.

 · Frequent internal company and external contacts.

 · Represents organization on specific projects.

 

Safe Quality Food Responsibilities for all employees:

· Follow all Plant rules, Processes, Hygiene, and Allergens procedures, related to production of Safe Quality Foods.

 · Report to person of authority to record any potentially unsafe conditions which may result in unsafe foods or noncompliance to SQF related procedures.

 · Participate in SQF Root Cause and Corrective Actions (from customer complaints, SQF audits, validation, and verification activities) as required.

 · Follow all procedures related to producing Safe Quality Foods (SQF).

 · Report any potentially unsafe SQF conditions or customer complaints to a person of authority to record and/or correct the situation. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Pay Range:  $30.53/hr.
