<h2><strong>The Team</strong></h2>
<p>The Manufacturing Operations group develop and deliver world-class Artificial Intelligence technology, manufacturing and test solutions that enable delivery of high-quality product through our global supply chain partners at the right cost, on time, every time. To achieve this the four teams, Manufacturing Technology & Process, Product Test, Quality and Supply Chain work closely together and in collaboration with other areas of the business and our development partners. We have team members in the UK, Taiwan and India.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2>
<p>A part of your graduation rotation you will be involved activities such as:<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Working with Design, Manufacturing, Test, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support silicon package assembly and PCBA production in Taiwan.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Developing understanding of Graphcore products, link manufacturing to product performance, and analyse KPIs using advanced data tools.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Identifying and resolve hardware and software issues through creative test design and data-driven problem-solving.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Ensuring our supply chain meets customer and regulatory requirements through quality planning, auditing, and process control.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Supporting component identification, selection, and BoM management<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Developing project management and problem-solving skills<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
</ul>

<p>We are looking for technical, passionate and motivated individuals with a creative flair, adaptable approach, desire to learn, work and develop in a technically challenging, fast paced environment. The graduate will be given exposure to all aspects of the business, so someone with a burning curiosity to learn the inner workings of a high-performing technology company would fit in perfectly. We are not looking for an instant expert but graduates with the hunger to learn, develop and contribute to Graphcore's future.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>

<p><strong>Essential:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s or Master's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Knowledge of semiconductor design and manufacturing principles<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Knowledge of PCBA/server design and manufacturing principles<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Experience using Python, Linux, Bash, Git etc<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Demonstrable data analysis skills and comfortable communicating using data<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
</ul>
