
End User Services Programme Manager
We are looking for an End User Services Programme Manager on a 12 Month FTC who is accountable for the strategic leadership, governance, and delivery of a global End User Services project plan, covering M&A End User Transitions, Device as a Service (DaaS), MacBook initiatives, and broader workplace technology services.
The role will oversee a portfolio of interdependent projects across up to 15 countries, ensuring newly acquired entities are successfully transitioned into the organization’s end-user service model with minimal disruption to business operations and a consistent employee experience.
Program Mangers will collaborate with all levels of the organisation and work directly with, and provide oversight of, third-party implementation partners and providers from within the Firm’s partner ecosystem. They will partner with business resources and/or client (acquisition) teams to identify cross-functional dependencies.
They must be able to effectively work in a dynamic and changing environment, adjusting delivery plans as required. They will maintain a good working relationship with teammates, clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and execute programs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project management for End User Services initiatives, including MacBook deployments, DaaS programs, and workplace technology projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
• Drive standardization of end-user services across newly acquired entities.
• Manage and lead Agile, or hybrid delivery initiatives and be accountable for programme resources, timeline, budget, scope, and benefits realisation to deliver outcomes on time and within budget
• Coordinate internal business, technology, architecture, security, and external resources to achieve expected programme outcomes
• Monitor progress, analyse project data and reports project status and disposition to mangers and stakeholders on regular and timely basis.
• Effectively challenge, negotiate, and influence colleagues to produce value-add solutions that drive progress
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within End User Services / Workplace Technology.
• Strong experience delivering M&A IT integration projects, preferably with global scope.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments, including senior executives, architecture forums, and third-party delivery partners
• Highly action-oriented, with a leadership style characterised by strong influencing skills; someone who is a change agent who can build collaborative relationships.
• An engaging and approachable personality and a significant history of working successfully with all levels of staff, from front-line through senior executive.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar project management certification
