Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000.

The pay range provided above is not a guarantee of compensation.  The range reflects the potential base pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.   

The anticipated compensation range described above is subject to change and the compensation ultimately paid may be higher or lower than the range described above.

JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Development Program provides hands-on experience in data analysis, customer feedback review, and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer experience and support strategic initiatives. This role involves working with managers and stakeholders to drive improvements and deliver impactful insights across the organization.

 

JOB FUNCTIONS

 

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to Managers within each rotation with activities such as data analysis and report building

 

Review internal & external customer feedback and implement changes for improving customer experience

 

Communicate internally & externally status of work or projects to partners and stakeholders are varying levels of the organization

 

Work with peers and various business partners supporting overall team initiatives

 

Participate in improvement opportunities and provide constructive feedback
