About this role

About Gradera — Digital Twin & Physical AI Platform

At Gradera, we are building a next-generation Digital Twin and Physical AI platform that enables enterprises to model, simulate, and optimize complex real-world systems. Our work brings together strategy, architecture, data, simulation, and experience design to power decision-making across large-scale operational environments such as manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain networks.

This platform-led initiative applies AI-native execution, advanced simulation, and governed orchestration to help organizations test scenarios, predict outcomes, and continuously improve performance. We operate with an enterprise-first mindset prioritizing reliability, transparency, and measurable business impact as we build intelligent systems that scale beyond a single industry or use case.

Simulation SME

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Simulation & Scenario SME (Subject Matter Expert) to bridge deep operational domain expertise with our simulation engineering capabilities. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring that our digital twin simulations accurately model real-world operations, scenarios are realistic and valuable, and simulation outputs are validated against operational reality.

You will work at the intersection of domain knowledge and technology — defining simulation scenarios, validating physics and logic models, identifying edge cases, and ensuring simulations deliver actionable insights for operational decision-making. This role partners closely with simulation engineers, data scientists, and client stakeholders.

Key Focus Areas

Domain Expertise

  • Deep understanding of complex operations (logistics, supply chain, transportation, energy, utilities, or similar asset-intensive industries)
  • Knowledge of operational workflows, resource scheduling, and capacity planning
  • Understanding of operational constraints, regulations, and safety requirements
  • Familiarity with dispatch, fleet management, or network operations

Simulation & Scenario Design

  • Scenario definition and use case development for what-if analysis
  • Simulation validation and fidelity assessment
  • Operational constraint modeling and edge case identification
  • Cross-industry simulation pattern recognition

Key Responsibilities

  • Define realistic simulation scenarios from operational use cases and business needs
  • Identify and prioritize critical what-if scenarios by business value and impact
  • Build scenario libraries for normal, edge, and stress conditions
  • Translate business questions into simulation experiments and parameters
  • Validate simulations against real-world behavior and historical data
  • Define fidelity benchmarks, acceptance criteria, and approve models for production
  • Translate domain rules, constraints, and heuristics into simulation requirements
  • Ensure simulations meet regulatory, safety, and compliance needs
  • Collaborate with operations, simulation, and data teams on scenarios and KPIs
  • Present results, gather feedback, and evolve scenarios via a continuous roadmap

Highly Desirable

  • Experience as SME for digital twin or simulation platform implementations
  • Background in operations research, process optimization, or continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with discrete event simulation concepts and validation approaches
  • Experience with operational planning tools, scheduling systems, or optimization software
  • Knowledge of multiple industry verticals (enables cross-industry pattern recognition)
  • Certifications in operations management, Six Sigma, or related disciplines

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in operations roles within asset-intensive industries
  • Experience with digital transformation, operational analytics, or simulation projects
  • Background in operations management, industrial engineering, or related field
  • Experience defining requirements for software or simulation systems
  • Track record of bridging domain expertise with technology teams
  • Exposure to industrial domains such as Manufacturing, Logistics, or Transportation is a plus

About Gradera

For decades, the technology services industry has been built on people and projects. But in an age of intelligent systems and adaptive learning, that model has reached its limit. At Gradera, we’re defining the next evolution of enterprise transformation — Software-Orchestrated Services™ (SoS™) — where software governs how work flows across humans, digital workers, and systems to deliver measurable, governed outcomes at scale. Our model unites advisory, platforms, and solution suites into one orchestrated system of intelligence — continuously learning, evolving, and compounding value across the enterprise. Through Software-Orchestrated Services™, human expertise is amplified, not replaced. Digital workers and intelligent systems operate through governance, feedback, and explainability to deliver outcomes with trust and precision. Transformation no longer ends; it evolves. From strategy to scale, Gradera turns enterprise operations into orchestrated, self-improving systems. Our frameworks — Neural IQ™, NexusFlow™, PhiSphere™, and Value360™ — bring together governance, orchestration, and measurable ROI to help organizations accelerate outcomes and sustain continuous innovation. Founded by the leadership behind PK Global, Gradera carries decades of enterprise modernization experience — now focused on replacing project-based transformation with a governed, software-orchestrated model of continuous enterprise evolution. The result is an enterprise that thinks for itself — governed, adaptive, and built to last. Gradera — defining the era of Software-Orchestrated Services™. #SoftwareOrchestratedServices #EnterpriseAI #AdaptiveIntelligence #HumanDigitalHarmony #Gradera
