About this role

About Gradera — Digital Twin & Physical AI Platform

At Gradera, we are building a next-generation Digital Twin and Physical AI platform that enables enterprises to model, simulate, and optimize complex real-world systems. Our work brings together strategy, architecture, data, simulation, and experience design to power decision-making across large-scale operational environments such as manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain networks.

This platform-led initiative applies AI-native execution, advanced simulation, and governed orchestration to help organizations test scenarios, predict outcomes, and continuously improve performance. We operate with an enterprise-first mindset prioritizing reliability, transparency, and measurable business impact as we build intelligent systems that scale beyond a single industry or use case.

Scrum Master

Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Scrum Master to join our Digital Twin Platform and Simulation team. In this role, you will be the technical and operational anchor for the squad, ensuring that our simulation-ready platforms are built to the highest standards of engineering excellence. With your extensive experience, you will act as a catalyst for efficiency, shielding the team from external disruptions, and fostering a culture of high-performance delivery.

Our Core Agile Stack

Methodology & Scaling

  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or equivalent for multi-squad synchronization
  • Scrum and Kanban for flow-based and time-boxed delivery
  • Agile metrics tracking (Velocity, Throughput, Cycle Time)

Tools & Tracking

  • Jira & Confluence for advanced backlog management and documentation
  • Burndown & Burnup charts for real-time progress visualization
  • Real-time collaboration tools (Miro/Mural) for distributed retrospectives

Stakeholder & Governance

  • Technical roadmap alignment and capacity planning
  • Stakeholder communication and risk mitigation strategies
  • Conflict resolution and high-stakes negotiation frameworks

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the specific agile ceremonies and workflows tailored to the unique complexities of digital twin and simulation development.
  • Technical Understanding: Develop a thorough understanding of the digital twin platform and applications being built to effectively anticipate technical risks and validate sprint goals.
  • Impediment Orchestration: Act as the first to identify and proactively remove or escalate blockers, ensuring the engineering team remains focused on high-value delivery.
  • Sprint Facilitation: Lead high-impact sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives that drive measurable continuous improvement.
  • Velocity & Burndown Management: Monitor and analyze team velocity and burndown/burnup trends to provide accurate delivery forecasts to leadership.
  • Conflict Resolution: Serve as a neutral mediator to resolve complex team dynamics or cross-functional conflicts, ensuring a healthy and psychological safe environment.
  • Stakeholder Bridge: Manage transparent communication between the engineering squad and business stakeholders, translating technical progress into business value.
  • Scaled Agile Leadership: Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Architects to align dependencies across the broader Digital Twin Foundation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 12+ years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years dedicated to the Scrum Master role.
  • Proven track record in Scaled Agile (SAFe, LeSS, or DaS) environments managing complex technical squads.
  • Deep expertise in Jira/Confluence for advanced reporting and workflow customization.
  • Exceptional command over Conflict Resolution and team-building strategies in the India tech region.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead high-seniority engineering teams (Leads and Seniors).
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, essential for coordination and stakeholder management

Highly Desirable

  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM II/III, or SAFe SSM).
  • Experience managing product engineering teams in the Digital Twin, Simulation, or IoT domains.
  • Strong technical background (former Developer, Automation Engineer or Lead) to better facilitate technical discussions.
  • Experience in the Indian tech ecosystem, driving agile maturity in high-growth product organizations.
  • Exposure to industrial domains such as Manufacturing, Logistics, or Transportation is a plus.

About Gradera

For decades, the technology services industry has been built on people and projects. But in an age of intelligent systems and adaptive learning, that model has reached its limit. At Gradera, we’re defining the next evolution of enterprise transformation — Software-Orchestrated Services™ (SoS™) — where software governs how work flows across humans, digital workers, and systems to deliver measurable, governed outcomes at scale. Our model unites advisory, platforms, and solution suites into one orchestrated system of intelligence — continuously learning, evolving, and compounding value across the enterprise. Through Software-Orchestrated Services™, human expertise is amplified, not replaced. Digital workers and intelligent systems operate through governance, feedback, and explainability to deliver outcomes with trust and precision. Transformation no longer ends; it evolves. From strategy to scale, Gradera turns enterprise operations into orchestrated, self-improving systems. Our frameworks — Neural IQ™, NexusFlow™, PhiSphere™, and Value360™ — bring together governance, orchestration, and measurable ROI to help organizations accelerate outcomes and sustain continuous innovation. Founded by the leadership behind PK Global, Gradera carries decades of enterprise modernization experience — now focused on replacing project-based transformation with a governed, software-orchestrated model of continuous enterprise evolution. The result is an enterprise that thinks for itself — governed, adaptive, and built to last.
