Registered Nurse - Affective Mood Disorder Unit - Full Time Nights

In this role, the Registered Nurse will be working with Individuals suffering from depression and bipolar disorders and other conditions manifesting mood symptoms. You will perform various procedures and tasks that are essential to the delivery of top-notch patient centered care. You will help optimize the patient experience, as you provide support throughout the continuum care and participate in initiatives focused on improving the performance of our nursing practice. This is a full-time, night shift (12 hours/7:30pm - 8am) RN position, includes working rotating weekends.

Preferred Criteria:

• At least one year of acute care RN experience in psych nursing 

Required Criteria:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)

• Current New York State RN license

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association

• Excellent customer service skills
