<ul>
<li>Developing and driving the overall product strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives;</li>
<li>Providing visionary leadership to ensure the product roadmap aligns with the organization’s long-term goals;</li>
<li>Driving end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch, continuous improvement, and scaling;</li>
<li>Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth;</li>
<li>Defining and tracking key product metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making;</li>
<li>Owning product backlog prioritization, balancing short-term improvements with long-term strategic goals;</li>
<li>Serving as the voice of the customer within the organization;</li>
<li>Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and incorporating feedback into product development;</li>
<li>Leading cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales teams to deliver seamless, high-quality product releases;</li>
<li>Coordinating multiple teams and workstreams, ensuring alignment on complex product initiatives and efficient execution;</li>
<li>Acting as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring clear communication of product vision and priorities;</li>
<li>Setting and tracking product goals, ensuring measurable success and continuous improvement;</li>
<li>Being familiar with A/B testing and data-driven hypothesis validation;</li>
<li>Maximizing the financial performance of products and ensuring a positive return on investment;</li>
<li>Communicating product strategies, progress, and results to executive leadership and other key stakeholders;</li>
<li>Providing regular reports on product performance and key metrics.</li>
</ul>
<h2>What Makes You a GR8 Fit:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Product Manager role;</li>
<li>English proficiency at least B2 level and fluency in Russian or Ukrainian;</li>
<li>Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision;</li>
<li>Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving;</li>
<li>Expertise in product analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven experimentation;</li>
<li>Proven cross-functional leadership experience, collaborating effectively with development, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to drive product initiatives;</li>
<li>High level of ownership and autonomy; able to take full responsibility for the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, without the need for constant oversight;</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis, and translate customer insights into actionable product decisions;</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategy, updates, and challenges to both internal stakeholders and external clients;</li>
<li>Experience in the gambling or gaming industry;</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with CRM systems is highly desirable;</li>
<li>Prior experience managing B2B products is a significant advantage;</li>
<li>English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher, with the ability to communicate with clients and deliver pre-sale product demos.</li>
