<ul>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="536" data-local-id="30208829-b15c-4d91-93f9-cb7b16e9486f">Processing incoming requests from internal and external partners regarding the health of Payment Methods;</li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="644" data-local-id="05a580c4-dd30-4249-b0ed-ee87bbcc9dbd">Notifying customers and internal teams of difficulties or issues with Payment Methods;</li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="733" data-local-id="3542254b-bfd9-4070-b3b0-997e5d186c2e">Enabling / disabling Payment Methods depending on requests and in accordance with the instructions;</li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="835" data-local-id="fdba4965-fd2b-4f28-9ed1-57254414ce6b">Monitoring payments traffic 24/7, handling emergency alerts;</li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="1058" data-local-id="51db0a72-2f8a-4d00-a07a-9d8a022751a8">Communication with providers and other teams for investigating and solving incidents;</li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="1145" data-local-id="7232f69d-327c-4d73-87ae-3a27d2deb846">Complex problem - solving with traffic issues about payment systems according to the escalation policy;</li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="1247" data-local-id="5fe6e1a5-2cb6-4407-b92b-18161b823ef6">Incident response with payments traffic according to <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text"><span class="_kqswh2mm"><span class="_5pioz8co _189e1dm9 _1il9buyh _19lc184f _d0altlke" data-testid="definition-highlighter">SLA;</span></span></span></li>

<h2><strong>What Makes You a GR8 Fit:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>1+ year of experience in HR;</li>
<li>Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills;</li>
<li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain HR administrative processes;</li>
<li>Paying strong attention to detail, including accurate paperwork processing, data entry, and compliance with HR policies and procedures;</li>
<li>Handling employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner;</li>
<li>Managing sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion;</li>
<li>Working with HRIS systems (HiBob, Workday, Peopleforce, HURMA, etc.);</li>
<li>Using HR tools and systems effectively, including hands-on experience with data input and maintenance;</li>
<li>Working with HR policies, labor laws, and regulations;</li>
<li>Managing and maintaining HR documentation;</li>
<li>Languages – Intermediate+ English, B2+ Ukrainian/Russian.</li>
