<ul>
<li data-start="0" data-end="63">Managing the employee reservation process from mobilization;</li>
<li data-start="0" data-end="63">Preparing and updating employee reservation lists;</li>
<li data-start="118" data-end="188">Collecting, verifying, and maintaining required employee documents;</li>
<li data-start="189" data-end="269">Providing documentation and necessary information for reservation processing;</li>
<li data-start="270" data-end="343">Entering, updating, and maintaining reservation data in the HR system;</li>
<li data-start="344" data-end="433">Communicating with colleagues and external specialists on reservation-related matters;</li>
<li data-start="434" data-end="512">Handling employee requests and inquiries regarding the reservation process;</li>
<li data-start="514" data-end="590">Overseeing administration of employee compensation and benefits programs;</li>
<li data-start="591" data-end="651">Managing relationships with benefits and payroll vendors;</li>
<li data-start="652" data-end="722">Addressing employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits;</li>
<li data-start="723" data-end="805">Cooperating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely payments;</li>

<h2><strong>What Makes You a GR8 Fit:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>1+ year of experience in HR;</li>
<li>Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills;</li>
<li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain HR administrative processes;</li>
<li>Paying strong attention to detail, including accurate paperwork processing, data entry, and compliance with HR policies and procedures;</li>
<li>Handling employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner;</li>
<li>Managing sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion;</li>
<li>Working with HRIS systems (HiBob, Workday, Peopleforce, HURMA, etc.);</li>
<li>Using HR tools and systems effectively, including hands-on experience with data input and maintenance;</li>
<li>Working with HR policies, labor laws, and regulations;</li>
<li>Managing and maintaining HR documentation;</li>
<li>Languages – Intermediate+ English, B2+ Ukrainian/Russian.</li>
