Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Texas
Role Summary
This role is focused on providing consistent, scheduled therapy to clients across Texas using a secure virtual platform. You will work with adults managing anxiety, depression, and life transitions, delivering structured sessions that support progress and continuity of care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
- Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans
- Track client progress and adjust interventions
- Maintain compliant and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate with internal teams as needed
- Active Texas LPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience providing individual therapy
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
