Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
Location: Colorado
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Overview
This Licensed Mental Health Therapist role supports clients through scheduled telehealth sessions focused on goal-oriented therapy. You’ll work within a supportive clinical model that prioritizes ethical care, clear expectations, and reliable scheduling. Ideal for clinicians seeking long-term stability in a remote setting.
Core Duties
- Provide ongoing virtual therapy sessions
- Create and update individualized treatment plans
- Document sessions in accordance with clinical standards
- Maintain client confidentiality and compliance
- Communicate effectively with internal clinical teams
- Active mental health license in Colorado (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
- Experience delivering therapy services
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- 2 weeks PTO
