Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: New York
Role Summary
This role focuses on providing structured, ongoing therapy to adult clients through a fully remote platform. You will manage your own caseload, develop treatment plans, and deliver consistent care while working within established clinical guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
- Complete assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed
- Follow New York State clinical and ethical standards
- Active New York LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Experience delivering telehealth services preferred
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- 2 weeks PTO
