In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for serving as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the best automotive services.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers to assess their automotive needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Prepare detailed estimates and clearly communicate the recommended repairs and maintenance.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the daily workflow of the service department.
- Maintain a strong understanding of products and services offered to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure clarity on repairs and service timelines.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
- Proficient in using computer systems and automotive management software.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping customers get the most out of their vehicles.
