The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-year, cross-organizational programs from inception to close-out, ensuring full transparency of scope, risks, and timelines for all GEN stakeholders.
  • Partner with engineering, delivery, operations, customer success, and architecture to improve the frameworks and coordination required to launch and iterate global network products.
  • Develop metrics and reporting standards that provide leadership with clear visibility into program performance, capacity, and network demand.
  • Evolve the GEN strategic playbook, establishing the methodologies and standards that increase predictability and quality across the organization.
  • Work with partner teams to drive alignment on automation and standardized designs, helping to reduce technical debt and operational complexity.
