As a Development Team Lead you will manage the team that helps to build the next generation of internal tools for our team using Salesforce, JavaScript and other web technologies.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling the team that:
Maintains the customized Salesforce Platform
Develops customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using LWC
Develops integration of various Google systems with Salesforce
Designs, codes, and implements Salesforce applications and track them to completion through effective program management techniques
Tests the stability and functionality of the application
Troubleshoots and fixes bugs.
Writes technical documentation for Salesforce applications
Minimum Qualifications
Experience of 8+ Years in Salesforce or other CRM technologies
At Least 5-8 years of solid experience on Salesforce Platform and modules with an understanding of concepts like Developer using Apex, MLC’s, DLV’s, SOQL, Lighting Web Component etc.
Experience with multiple full lifecycles from Design & Architecture through Development, Testing, Deployment and Debugging production issues.
Strong experience in front-end technologies including Angular, SQL, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3.
Operations and support background with an understanding of Software Defined Lifecycle
Strong understanding of Agile Concepts like Scrum/Sprints etc
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Expertise in designing & building reusable, modular LWC components and apps
Exposure to JS frameworks such as Angular, React etc.
Strong experience in at least one Object-Oriented Programming language such as JAVA, APEX, Python.
