Goodwill Southern California is seeking a Full-Time Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities as they build confidence, skills, and independence in the workplace. This role provides hands-on training and ongoing coaching that helps participants thrive in competitive and integrated work environments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Train and coach participants on job tasks and workplace behaviors.

  • Provide on-site support, guidance, and reinforcement to ensure job success.

  • Serve as a liaison between participants, employers, and program staff.

  • Identify accommodation needs and advocate for workplace inclusion.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 1–2 years of job coaching or related experience.

  • Experience supporting individuals with barriers to employment.

  • Excellent communication, patience, and relationship-building skills.

  • Spanish/English bilingual preferred; nonprofit experience a plus.
