About this role

As a Warehouse Leader for Goodwill, you will lead our warehouse team by safeguarding and processing all donated goods within our distribution hub.

Your Impact:

  • Safeguarding and efficiently processing all donated goods within a Donated Goods distribution hub
  • Supervising, coordinating, scheduling, inspecting, and approving the work of hub Warehouse associates.
  • Ensuring that all assigned associates are properly trained.
  • Establishing a process control procedures are adhered to and maintained.
  • Making certain that all equipment is functioning properly and ensuring that all tools and equipment are repaired and are on a regularly scheduled maintenance plan.

 

Your Qualifications: 

  •  Ability to handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting and moving merchandise up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs, with or without accommodations.
  • High School Graduate/GED.
  • Supervisory experience of 1 year, preferably in a warehouse environment.
  • Forklift experience preferred. 
  • Box Truck experience required
  • Driving record in good standing

We employ over 800 associates throughout our region and placed an additional 1,600 individuals into employment in 2017. Our goal is to support all individuals in overcoming obstacles to employment in order to build sustainable well-being. We served 6,241 people through our Job Connection Centers and provided more than 40,000 services throughout our region.
