To provide professional, courteous, and efficient support to guests and staff in the Administration Department by ensuring a welcoming environment and contributing to smooth daily operations. These tasks include operating the telephone switchboard, maintaining reports, and performing general clerical duties This position reports to the Executive Office Manager who evaluates performance annually.

Essential Job Functions:
Greet and assist visitors in person and by phone; direct inquiries appropriately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming reception area by following established procedures and protocols.
Monitor building security by managing visitor logs, issuing badges, and following access procedures.
Prepare reports, handle mail and bank deposits, and track postage usage.
Maintain inventories for clocks, uniforms, and vending supplies with proper documentation.
Assist with administrative tasks and serve as backup for office supply management.
Support communication and continuity across departments
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
QualificationsRequired Education and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent or the ability to obtain through The Excel Center.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those who may be disabled or disadvantaged.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and adapt under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, exercise sound judgment, and maintain discretion in applying company policies.
Technologically proficient, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Qualifications:
Authorized to work in the United States.
Flexible availability.
Able to frequently bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, push and pull, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
