🍕 PIZZAIOLO (m/f/d)

🌍 About the role

As a Pizzaiolo, you will work in a professional resort kitchen and be fully responsible for pizza production from start to finish.

This role is for candidates who already have solid experience as a Pizzaiolo and can work independently.

You’ll be part of an international kitchen team and prepare pizzas for hotel guests in a fast-paced, structured environment.

🔥 What you’ll do

• Prepare pizza dough from scratch
• Prepare sauces and ingredients
• Stretch, top and bake pizzas independently
• Work with professional pizza ovens
• Ensure quality, consistency and hygiene standards
• Support smooth kitchen operations during service
• You are expected to manage the pizza station confidently and professionally.

⏰ Good to know

• Seasonal position
• Full-time role (5–6 working days per week)
• Living and working on-site
• EU passport required

🙋 Who we’re looking for

• You have previous experience as a Pizzaiolo
• You know the full pizza process: dough, sauce, toppings and baking
• You can work independently and handle busy service times
• You understand kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• You can communicate in English
• You are reliable, organized and passionate about pizza

This role is not suitable for beginners or candidates without hands-on pizza experience.
