As a Principal Product Manager of Conversational AI products at Goodleap, your role is pivotal in driving innovation and differentiation through cutting-edge automation and conversational AI solutions. Simultaneously you’ll be responsible for establishing the long-term vision and strategy and ensuring alignment among all relevant stakeholders. Your primary objective is to enrich the customer experience by introducing new products that leverage these technologies, ensuring they stand out in the market and contributing to solidifying GoodLeap’s reputation as a trailblazer and innovator in the field.

• Contribute to and articulate a bold and visionary product strategy for Conversational AI chat products that drives engagement, satisfaction, and operational efficiency for businesses across various industries.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality Conversational AI products that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction through personalized and efficient interactions.
• Gain a deep understanding of the Conversational AI landscape and the needs of users, leveraging that knowledge to develop new and innovative chat products that harness the power of Generative AI.
• Partner with service and business development teams to promote adoption of new products and features among users, and to identify new opportunities that drive growth.
• Define and analyze key product metrics and utilize data to make informed product decisions and continuously improve product performance.
• Act as a thought leader and advocate for the role of Conversational AI in driving a visionary agenda that positions Goodleap as a leader in providing immediate assistance and support through personalized and efficient interactions.

• Proficient in overseeing AI/ML-based products, skilled at managing intricate data, processing, and analysis tasks to drive business outcomes effectively.
• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI technologies to achieve tangible business outcomes, with a proven track record of successful implementation and impact.
• Skilled in utilizing Chat GPT and well-versed in the capabilities offered by foundational Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Take a proactive approach to action, prioritizing quick execution in our fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in cross-functional environments, delivering scalable solutions that resonate with customer needs and drive competitive advantage.
• Proven track record of data-driven excellence, leveraging insights to inform iterative product enhancements and maximize market impact.
• Embrace an entrepreneurial spirit, adept at scaling new products from scratch and thriving in ambiguity. You relish the opportunity to build from the ground up.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience at product-driven SaaS companies.
