About this role

- Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the work flow of Environmental Services personnel. In order to meet JC and State Board of Health guideline.
- Inspects and evaluates the physical condition of the hospital for deficiencies and submits Requisitions For Repairs to Engineering.
- Communicates daily with Manager and Director of Environmental Services.
- Responsible for the Quality Improvement Inspection Program utilized in Environmental Services. In order to achieve World Class Patient Satisfaction in Cleanliness.
- Contributes to a high performance work environment by attending meetings and training sessions as Scheduled.
- Works to maintain a safe work environment for patients, visitors and staff.
- Other duties or special projects as assigned.
Secondary Job Duties That May be Reassigned:
- Instructs and trains employees in the correct use of cleaning supplies, methods of cleaning, and correct usage of equipment.
- Controls issuance of cleaning supplies.

What you'll do
- The Environmental Services Supervisor plans, organizes, directs, and controls the workflow of Environmental Services personnel to meet health guidelines. They also inspect the hospital's physical condition and are responsible for the Quality Improvement Inspection Program.
