We wear flip-flops, work in a tropical environment, and cheer each other on with shout-outs, gift cards, and team events.<br><br> </div><div>Now we’re looking for a <strong>Front Desk Sales & Customer Service Representative</strong> who’s ready to help us grow and shine!<br><br>What You’ll Do<br><br> </div><ul> <li> <strong>Drive Sales & Enrollments</strong>: Engage families in conversations about membership options, clearly explain our programs, and confidently close sales to grow our student base.<br><br> </li> <li> <strong>Deliver Top-Notch Customer Service</strong>: Greet families with a smile (yes, even through the phone!), handle questions with patience, and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.<br><br> </li> <li> <strong>Be a Marketing & Social Media Pro</strong>: Create engaging content, post regularly on Instagram/Reels, and collaborate with management to drive brand visibility and community engagement.<br><br> </li> <li> <strong>Stay Organized & Efficient</strong>: Manage schedules, process registrations, handle merchandise sales, and support events like birthday parties and open houses.<br><br> </li> <li> <strong>Represent the Brand</strong>: Be the warm, professional face and voice of Goldfish Swim School—making every family feel welcome from the first hello.<br><br> </li> </ul><div>What We’re Looking For<br><br> </div><ul><li>A natural people-person with <strong>sales drive and customer service passion</strong>.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>Confident and comfortable speaking with families on the phone and in person.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul> <li>A positive, professional attitude—even when handling tough conversations.<br><br> </li> <li>Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.<br><br> </li> <li>Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office knowledge a plus).<br><br> </li> <li>High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.<br><br> </li> <li>Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience strongly preferred.</li> </ul> </div>
