Job Description Summary:
Provide data and/or analysis to support supervisor in identifying strategic HR problems, addressing strategic people issue, and delivering HR programs accordingly in compliance with policies and procedures
Job Description:
- Act as point of contact to advise Business/Functional counterparts on strategic people issues e.g. recruitment, talent management, industrial relations issues, performance management, etc
- Adapt and implement HR programs /guidelines for their specific BU
- Acts as "relationship manager" for the Business/Functional counterparts to HR GA, Payroll and Administration Center on service delivery
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Human Resources/Industrial Engineering/Psychology/Law from reputable university
- Having minimum 5 years experiences in HRBP
- Solid HR Operation knowledge with experience in building engagement for Business/Functional
- Strong in administration and Ms Office
- Willing to be located in Head Office - Jakarta

What you'll do
- The Senior HRBP Officer will provide data and analysis to support strategic HR initiatives and act as a point of contact for business counterparts on various HR issues. They will adapt and implement HR programs and serve as a relationship manager for service delivery.
