Job Description Summary :
Supervise and analyze the performance of mechanization processes across all PSM (Production Site Management), including monitoring the implementation of Planned Maintenance (PM03), evaluating performance data against the established budget, and ensuring alignment with company targets.
Job Description :
- Monitoring the performance of Planned Maintenance (PM03).
- Monitoring and analyzing mechanization data across all PSM – Output / Utility / RA, etc. (actual vs. budget).
- Monitoring mechanization implementation targets versus budget realization at PSM (Budget vs. Actual).
- Developing all reporting and data requirements to ensure they are easily accessible, easy to understand, and aligned with company targets.
- Preparing analysis reports on the implementation of mechanization across all PSM (breakdown time analysis, equipment performance trend analysis, etc.).
- Escalating indications of issues based on monitoring results of Output / Utility / RA, etc.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Ability to analyze performance data (Output, Utility, RA, etc.) and compare Actual vs. Budget.
Able to prepare clear and simple analysis reports.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Excel or similar data tools.
Good communication skills and ability to escalate issues.
