Job Description Summary:

Responsible for designing and managing competency-based development programs, delivering training modules, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring effective execution aligned with company objectives.

Job Description:

  • Develop Competency Based Development Program to support company’s objectives

  • Develop & deliver Learning Modules, Training/Teaching Guide, Participant’s  Workbook for every training module [Technical & Leadership]

  • Create Summary Report / Post Event Evaluation based on all batches training program executed

  • Create & control general event schedule and budget in details with high accuracy and efficiency

  • Coordinate training calendar & conduct to all parties involved (trainers, supporters, trainees), inclusively Calendar of Training of Units (Mandatory & General training)

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in relevant field

  • Fresh graduate welcome to apply

  • Have a good knowledge in KAIZEN dan Learning Management System

  • Proven experience as instructional designer and learning content development

  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Willing to be travel
